Information we process

Depending on how you use Ouchie!, we may process your account identifier, display name, optional email address and country, authentication provider, game actions and results, campaign progress, competitive ranking, friend connections, invitations, device and app information, consent choices, advertising interactions, diagnostics and support messages.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, operate and secure matches, save progress, provide social and competitive features, show advertising, diagnose problems and answer support requests. Where GDPR applies, processing is based on providing the service, consent, legitimate interests in operating a safe and reliable game, and legal obligations.

Providers

Ouchie! may use Google Firebase for authentication and related services, Apple and Google for sign-in, Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform for advertising and consent, and infrastructure providers for hosting and data storage. These providers may process data outside Denmark or the EEA using applicable transfer safeguards.

Your choices

You can manage applicable consent choices in the app and device settings. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing where the law provides those rights.

Retention and deletion

Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security and dispute handling. You can request account deletion in the app. Shared game records may be anonymised or retained where necessary to preserve other players’ records or prevent abuse.

Children

Ouchie! is not directed to children under 13. Users must also meet any higher local age requirement for providing personal data without parental consent.
